I heard that the term for a woman in her 30's going after someone younger is a "puma", you have to be 40 or older to be a cougar.Funny that there are rules for these terms.
Even when I was 17 I would have loved to fuck a 31 year old and it would have annoyed me like hell if age was the only reason the 31 year old refused. Don't ever let age stop you, but 18+ is more appropriate
